AIR DEFENCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Tailored support solutions for all KONGSBERG Air Defence Systems - Air Defence Customer Support is available to provide support solutions for our Air Defence Systems, in order to increase system availability, and to avoid increase in Total Cost of Ownership.

MARITIME SURVEILLANCE SUPPORT

Kongsberg Norcontrol provides global support from local service and support facilities at strategic locations world wide. Service and support work is carried out to ensure that you receive high-quality service and support where and when you need it. To meet worldwide customer support requirements, Kongsberg Norcontrol has established an Kongsberg Norcontrol Service Level Agreements (SLAs) program that provides various levels of support that can be tailor-made to meet each customer's requirement.

SPACE GROUND SYSTEMS SUPPORT

A comprehensive Maintenance and Support program is offered to ensure optimum performance for space ground systems products. The program offers Operational Support, Hardware Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and a Time and Material Service. The Maintenance and Support program is available at two service levels based on the customer requirements for response time. Customers with Maintenance and Support agreements may access the Support web with online registration of requests:
