Effective 1st September 2004, AME Space AS with corporation no 985917396, has changed its name to Norspace AS. The name change is registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The name change implies no change in ownership, management or in the legal status of the company. All rights and obligations registered in the name of AME Space AS apply automatically to Norspace AS.
