Location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Jeong-gwan Office

 

Main Work Tasks

  • Overall warranty claims handling & coordination activities for K-Chief 700 & K-Chief systems
  • Manage warranty claims in Dynamics 365
  • Continuously develop individual skills and technical competencies
  • Provide timely and appropriate technical support to both internal and external customers
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Foster cross-functional cooperation to ensure mutual support across teams
  • Share insights, experiences, and information to enhance product quality
  • Deliver remote support via Bomgar and onboard support when necessary
  • Analyze critical and recurring warranty issues by category and priority
  • Participate in global warranty meeting
  • Offer technical support to the service team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Experience and competence in IAS products & applications
  • Miminum of 3 years’ experience as a field engineer or equivalent for automation system
  • Willingness and motivation to support global operations
  • Fluent in spoken and written English 
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment
  • Good cooperative skills & communication skills
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience with Kongsberg is an advantage
  • Strong Analytic Skills
