General meetings
Through the General Meeting, shareholders are ensured participation in the Group’s supreme governing body.
The Board of Directors notice of the annual General Meeting of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA. The General Meeting is the company's highest decision-making body. All shareholders have the right to propose items for the agenda and to vote at the General Meeting.
We would like to inform you that detailed information regarding online participation will be published close to the date of the General Meeting. The guidelines for participating online will be made available in both Norwegian and English, and will be shared within the set timeframe to ensure all stakeholders have ample time to review and prepare.

Log-on to online participation
Please note that while no registration will be required for shareholders who wish to participate online, it is crucial to log in before the start of the General Meeting to ensure full voting rights. Participants logging in after the meeting has commenced will still have access but will not be able to vote. Further instructions on logging in and navigating the online platform will be provided in the upcoming updated guide.
