Financial Controller
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join our Finance & Accounting department. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and accounting control of the group, ensuring the accuracy of economic information, and driving the development of reporting tools to support corporate decision-making.
This is a dynamic role that combines core financial reporting with high-impact project management, including ERP implementations and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Manage and consolidate monthly financial reporting for multiple P&Ls and business units.
Define, maintain, and report on new Financial & Operational KPIs to track business performance.
Analyze deviations in budgets, forecasts, and economic projections, proposing corrective actions.
2. Operational Finance & Internal Control
Support monthly operational tasks: intercompany expense recharging, internal cost allocations, and Accounts Payable (AP) review for external vendors and group companies.
Lead the development of Costing Models and analyze profitability by product, client, or business unit.
Oversight of Inventory Management and support for internal/external audit processes.
3. Strategic Projects & Process Improvement
Systems Leadership: Lead or support the implementation and successive updates of ERP programs and financial management tools.
Tax & Incentives: Manage and optimize tax deduction processes and financial incentives.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the optimization of accounting and logistics processes to increase departmental efficiency.
Expansion Support: Assist in the financial setup of new business branches or building extensions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial controlling, management accounting, or external audit.
Technical Skills: * Advanced MS Excel (Pivot tables, financial formulas, macros, and handling large data sets).
Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with financial migrations or implementations is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of financial and analytical accounting.
Languages: High level of English (C1 preferred / B2 minimum). Must be comfortable working in a global corporate environment and reporting to international stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Highly analytical, rigorous, and results-oriented. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executive leadership.
