You’ll become part of our Automation & Process Control team, responsible for delivering Integrated Automation System (IAS) solutions to vessels in the merchant segment. Our work spans energy management, engine control, vessel automation, and alarm handling — all essential to safe and efficient vessel operations. 

We collaborate closely with international colleagues, contribute to product development, and support commissioning and sea trials. Whether you're early in your career or already have experience, we’ll help you grow through hands‑on challenges, mentorship, and a collaborative environment where your ideas matter.

What you will be doing 

  • Design and configure automation systems tailored to maritime projects 

  • Participate in key project stages, including Internal Acceptance Test (IAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) as well as Customer Acceptance Test (CAT) 

  • Contribute to process improvements and development of best practices 

  • Some travelling may be required 

We think you should have 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in automation or a related field 

  • Experience with automation systems or marine technologies is an advantage. 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage.

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
