Team Manager

In this role, you will play an essential part in first level management, contributing to maintaining and further improving our production of high end hydroacoustic sensors. As Team Manager at Composite Assembly, you will lead and motivate a team of approximately 20 Manufacturing Operators and a Team Leader reporting directly to you.

We are currently experiencing significant growth and change. In addition to managing challenges related to this transformation and your day-to-day responsibilities—such as ensuring on-time deliveries and reporting issues and achievements—you will act as a motivator, demonstrate a structured and transparent approach, maintain a positive mindset, and proactively seek solutions when facing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • People management and development
  • Resource allocation and production planning in collaboration with Team Leader accordingly to production prognosis
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement culture

Qualifications and experience

  • Preferable bachelor’s degree or technical college within management or technological field although personal suitability and/or relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Experience from production environment
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
