Senior Sales Manager - AMT
Kongsberg Maritime is strengthening its sales organization to increase market focus, drive long-term growth and improve resilience across regions and cycles. The new model combines strong product ownership with dedicated segment expertise in a matrix structure, enabling stronger customer engagement, improved market insight and closer cross-BU collaboration.
As part of this development, we are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager – AMT (Anchoring, Mooring, Towing) to build domain knowledge, strengthen long-term relationships with end customers and key stakeholders, and drive execution of the segment growth strategy in close collaboration with the Segment leads and regional sales organization.

What you will be doing
- Stay ahead of market and segment specific trends and operations by utilising robust analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities for the segment and develop business cases aligned with stakeholders.
- Define and execute sales strategies, plans, and pipeline development to drive sustainable and predictable growth across KM’s product portfolio for AMT
- Develop compelling segment and customer value propositions for integrated Handling Solutions, ensuring alignment across Business Units and regions.
- Empower the global sales team, fostering a culture of efficiency, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and ensuring strong cross-organizational collaboration.
- Responsible for delivering order intake for product, system, and solution sales from all BUs within the Handling Business Unit in line with established KPIs.
- Drive profitable sales growth by developing both existing and new customer relationships and develop new business models, including aftermarket opportunities, to ensure a profitable end-to-end business.
We would like you to have
- Experience working with sales in maritime, developing and executing on segment sales strategies.
- Maritime experience with solid understanding of market dynamics, vessel specific operation.
- Solid commercial understanding, including pricing and profitability drivers.
- Domain knowledge and operational understanding within Seaborn segments
- Strong collaboration skills across the sales matrix and product business units.
- Highly customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships and utilize them to achieve objectives.
- Ability to foster innovation, adaptability, and a high-performance culture based on diversity and inclusion.

Preferred location is Rauma, Finland but any KM location within EMEA can be considered
