Recruiter
An exciting opportunity awaits you as Recruiter in our People Norway team at Kongsberg Maritime. As a Recruiter, you'll support our managers in Kongsberg Maritime and Kongsberg Discovery recruiting new colleagues and organize employer branding student events for KONGSBERG. We're looking for individuals who are naturally curious, great with people, and can navigate seamlessly in our matrix organization.
Your ability to ask insightful questions to understand the unique needs of our managers and how our roles may impact our customers is highly valued. What you will be doing
- Collaborate and support our managers when recruiting a new colleague, including:
- Support our managers in analyzing the job, what they need now and, in the future.
- Write and publish job advertisements that attract our target groups.
- Join and lead interviews using competency-based questions and psychometric tests.
- Support managers with offers and the pre-boarding stage.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of our digital solutions and material.
- Organize and join employer branding events in Norway. This might entail 1-5 days of travel during the spring and fall semester.

We think you should have
- Work experience or education in psychology, human resources, business administration or other relevant fields.
- A keen interest in HR IT technology and promotor of digital solutions.
- AON Assessment certification is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian.
