QHSE Manager
Are you driven to create a culture of safety, quality, and environmental excellence? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced QHSE Manager at our Dunfermline site. This opportunity is available either as an initial 2-year fixed-term contract or through engagement as an independent contractor (inside IR35).
Reporting directly to the Site Operations Director, with a dotted line to the Business Unit, you’ll take ownership of all QHSE activities on site, championing continuous improvement and ensuring full compliance with relevant standards.
Our Dunfermline facility manufactures stabiliser and steering gear systems for both commercial and naval customers and also provides servicing for all commercial marine equipment across the UK. With a fully operational factory on site, this role will be primarily focused on HSE activities (approx. 70%), while also overseeing the Quality team (approx. 30%).
We’re looking for someone pragmatic and highly organised, who leads with integrity and professionalism, and is committed to fostering a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the organisation.
Due to MOD security requirements, candidates must be BPSS cleared prior to starting and may also be required to obtain Security Clearance (SC) depending on the nature of the work.
