We are seeking a Portfolio Data Specialist to strengthen our project portfolio management capabilities. This role is critical for ensuring data-driven insights and supporting strategic decision-making across our projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and leadership to maintain transparency, optimize resource allocation, and improve portfolio performance

What you will be doing

  •  Analyze and maintain data across the project portfolio to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for portfolio performance, resource utilization, and risk indicators.
  • Support governance processes by preparing portfolio reviews and status updates.
  • Apply AI tools/agents for automating processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We think you should have

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Proven ability to harmonize structures, build tools (including AI agents).
  • Experience in project planning, portfolio management or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive improvements in complex environments.
