Group Manager Delivery & Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and supportive leader to guide our team of experienced hardware engineers. In this role, you will manage daily operations, foster long-term development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality system solutions based on our standard product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with other departments and customers to align goals and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and support team members in their daily tasks and long-term development.
  • Coordinate activities and ensure efficient task distribution within the team.
  • Maintain close cooperation with other departments to align goals and share knowledge.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the team.

 

We think you should have

  • Experience as a senior or lead hardware engineer, or in a similar technical leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of engineering delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with maritime operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
