Campaign Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive and coordinate our Naval Campaign strategy — a role that sits at the heart of our growth ambitions and directly shapes how we deliver value to our customers. With a strong focus on providing engineering solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, this position plays a pivotal part in our sales process and long‑term business success.
As the strategic lead, you’ll operate within a global, multi‑discipline, matrix organisation, collaborating closely with teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Cost Estimation, Commercial, and our worldwide sales force. Your ability to influence, align stakeholders, and navigate complex environments will be essential as you help develop opportunities and strengthen our market position.

What you will be doing
- Ensure campaign strategies and proposals are optimal to winning new business.
- Accountability for the delivery of on-time quality proposals that capture our customer imagination and exceed their expectations. Early coordination with our global sales and supply chain units is essential to the successful management of proposals. Coordination with the resource owners to balance work-load will be essential.
- Perform or oversee applications engineering necessary to develop preliminary solutions with products, systems or service offerings to meet stated customer requirements.
- Manage the business evaluation process to ensure efficient approval of all proposals. In-depth knowledge of business solution, products offerings, risk management, requirement management and business planning is required.
- Work closely with Sales & Business Development team to proactively plan ahead so that we are ready to bid new product offerings to our customers in line with our campaign plans.
- Manage the bids and proposals budget and arrange monthly campaign reviews with nominated managers to ensure correct actions are taken.
We think you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or finance discipline
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent Commercial and Business acumen coupled with practical negotiating skills and conflict resolution is essential.
- Excellent financial acumen knowledge of Government contracting.
- Demonstrable experience in interfacing with customers, suppliers and partners and managing customer interaction and requirements.
- Strong program management capability, especially in planning, risk and requirement management techniques.
- Proven ability to lead a multi-discipline team within a matrix organizational structure.
- Excellent capability in the use of Microsoft products especially Excel, Word and Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Some international travel required.
