Scanmar's appeal not admitted to the Supreme Court

The Appeals Committee of the Supreme Court has refused to forward Scanmar's appeal in the suit against Simrad Horten AS to the Supreme Court. The Agder Court of Appeals' ruling of 27 September 2006 is thereby legally binding. In that ruling, the court found unanimously in favour of Simrad Horten AS and two of its employees on all counts, and awarded them legal costs for both the City Court and the Court of Appeals, a total of MNOK 16.6.
