Weapons control contract

Kongsberg Protech has signed a contract valued at appoximately MNOK 100 with General Dynamics Land Systems of Canada for the delivery of weapons control systems for the Canadian Army. The weapons control system was developed to protect personnel in armoured personnel carriers. Weapons and sensors are mounted on the outside of the vehicle, while the operator remotely controls the system from a protected position inside the vehicle. The system has previously been sold to Norway, the USA, Australia and Finland.

Kongsberg Protech has signed contracts for the delivery of the weapons control system for a total of MNOK 822 in 2005.
