All system sales come with a standard 12 months warranty period.
For defects that arise after the vessel has left the Shipyard and handed over to Owner, a Guarantee Claim must be submitted to us at email@example.com. It will then be assigned to a discipline relating to the issue for immediate handling.
Claims will be resolved as soon as possible. Technical Assistants will commence troubleshooting process. This can be in the form of email, telephone, remote connection, replicating the reported issue in office.
At Kongsberg Maritime we know that time is of the essence and that the crew can be very busy in their daily operational tasks, therefore all information gathered will help us better prepare for resolving your issue. For example if spare parts will be needed.
You can be assured that issues reported within the warranty period will be resolved by our excellent service team within Global Customer Support in a timely manner.
