Kongsberg Maritime - a global technology partner

As previously announced, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) will demerge Kongsberg Maritime as a separate publicly listed company. The decision was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting in KONGSBERG on 22 January 2026, and Kongsberg Maritime is planned to be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs in April 2026.

Kongsberg Maritime contracted for Transpetro’s new tanker fleet

Kongsberg Maritime has been contracted by Consórcio Marenova to design and equip four methanol/ethanol-ready handy size product tankers. The vessels will be built at Consórcio Marenova, a partnership between Ecovix in Rio Grande and MacLaren in Niterói, Brazil. The vessels will be operated by Petrobras Transporte S.A (Transpetro).

Kongsberg Maritime secures major deck machinery contract for Hana Shipping’s newbuild FWCV

Kongsberg Maritime has signed a contract to deliver a comprehensive deck machinery package for a new-generation 127-metre Floating Wind Construction Vessel (FWCV) being built for Hana Shipping of Korea. 

Kongsberg Maritime moves toward stand‑alone listing
