LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon successfully completing this course, participants will be able to:
• Demonstrate knowledge of STS operation elements in general, with a special focus on ensure the safety of the crew, vessel, and environment
• Comply with company policies and procedures relating to STS operations underway, at anchor, and in port
• Obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to observe, evaluate, decide, and act in the event of an unwanted operational
incidents

TARGET GROUP
Masters and Chief Officers occasionally or regularly participating in STS Operations

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
In service as Master or Deck officer at management
level.
