M3 Sonar PHS Training Module 6 - Data Processing - HYPACK

This module provides an introduction to post-processing M3 Sonar PHS data using HYPACK.

Participants will be introduced to the basic workflow for handling, reviewing and processing survey data acquired with the M3 Sonar PHS system. The course focuses on understanding what happens after data acquisition, how data is organized, and how HYPACK tools are used to perform initial quality checks and standard processing steps.

No advanced processing or expert-level analysis is required.
The module is designed to give learners a clear overview of the data processing stage, its purpose, and the key tools involved, helping them understand how raw survey data is prepared for further use or delivery.
