Course Description
The Crew Trainer Course provides hands-on instruction in a cloud‑based training environment designed for operator training, system familiarization, and safe simulation without the need for physical training facilities. Participants will work with a virtual workstation running IAS Software and vessel‑specific modules, enabling realistic practice across a range of emulated scenarios and operations. The system supports highly skilled training without risking personnel or equipment and allows sessions to be paused, started, or ended at any time. Predefined initial conditions are included to support structured learning. Because the Crew Trainer is accessible remotely, learners can connect easily through KM’s secure web-based platform. Each customer uses a dedicated virtual environment hosted in one of KM’s global datacenter locations for reliable performance. This course prepares operators to confidently use the Crew Trainer for ongoing training and operational readiness.
