Service Operations Manager – Handling Systems
Global Customer Support – Handling Systems is offering an exciting opportunity for a determined Service Operations Manager for the business areas Anchor Handling, Fishery and Position Mooring.
As the Service Operations Manager, you will oversee our service operation within this business area. This includes management of the field service, technical support and project management teams. You will also be responsible for the global service strategy for the segment in collaboration with the regional teams. Reporting to our Vice President – Handling Systems GCS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy and ensuring the profitability of the segment.

Key accountabilities
- Management of the field service, technical support and project management teams.
- Responsible for safe operations, health, and wellbeing of our employees.
- Maintain and execute the aftermarket strategy for the business area.
- Maintain and develop customer relations.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Handling organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use data, market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Profit & loss accountability for the business area.
- Develop and execute competence and workforce plans to meet global needs.
- Create a diverse and innovative environment through your leadership.
