Traffic Management gives operators an overview of present and future vessel traffic within their responsibility area, helping them stay ahead of activity and plan effectively. Voyages can be grouped as planned voyages, clearance candidates, and cleared voyages, with planned voyage inputs coming from external systems (e.g., SafeSeaNet / Maritime Single Window) or manual registration.

Streamlined clearance and mandatory reporting
The system provides efficient support for granting (or rejecting) clearance through an operator “to‑do” list: when a planned voyage is matched to an approaching vessel, it automatically becomes a clearance candidate. Traffic Management also supports mandatory ship reporting (IMO Ship Reporting System / SRS) and includes voyage essentials such as cargo details and piloting / PEC details.
Incident response support with checklists, reporting, and submissions
Built for emergency response and ongoing situations, Traffic Management includes an incident management module with pre-configured, incident-tailored checklists and structured reporting that can comply with local regulations (e.g., grounding or collision scenarios). Operators can attach screenshots and traffic replay videos to situation records, and submit reports to competent authorities or a Maritime Single Window, including machine-to-machine interfaces for third-party reporting (e.g., to EMSA SafeSeaNet).
