Wideband test transmitters

Wideband Test Transmitters are used to test RF chains in long loop or short loop tests, or as regular data transmitters.

MEOS Capture HRTG V12 is an extended version of the data transmitter MEOS Capture HRTX V12. It offers all the same capabilities as the HRTX V12 but also provides a suite of channel emulation features for testing and verification of functionality and robustness in the ground system. The software controlled channel emulation tools can be used to test the effect of signal impairments in communication channels, but can also be turned off for regular data transmission.

The HRTG V12 supports virtually all payloads and a variety of commonly used protocols and standards, at data rates reaching from very low to extremely high.

World-class technology and quality

MEOS Capture HRTG V12 offers the flexibility and performance needed to support multi-mission operations running 24/7. It provides dual channels with 1.5 GHz analog bandwidths and symbol rates from 200 ksym/sec up to 1200 Msym/sec and an aggregate data rate up to 12.5 Gbit/sec.

Heritage waveforms as well as CCSDS SCCC and DVB-S2(X) 1 protocols are supported.

Internal data format conversion includes Space Packet generation and CFDP file generation.

Output data is buffered internally or received & transmitted in real-time. Data is encoded & modulated as an analog output signal forwarded to the spacecraft.

Designed for reliability and ease of operation

MEOS Capture HRTG V12 supports externally controlled operation as well as autonomous operation based on TLE, including optional Doppler compensation of the uplink signal. Automation lowers operational costs and increases system reliability.

Integrated MEOSTM Ground Systems

MEOS Capture HRTG V12 can be integrated with MEOS Antenna, Wideband Receiver and M&C system to form a high-performance terminal for data reception and processing. This integration creates a comprehensive solution for users needing fast, reliable satellite communication with extended test capabilities.
