The 200-28E is a single-beam transducer that is mainly designed for mapping applications. The transducer has a robust housing that enables it to withstand the pressure at a depth of 1000 meters.
Transducer features
The 200-28E single-beam transducer offers shallow reliable water bottom detections. It has a robust design and can be installed on either the hull of a ship or attached to a submerged vehicle or platform.
Typical installations
The transducer can be mounted to the ship or the platform with the accessible holes for mounting bolts. The transducer cable penetrates the hull using a stuffing tube and a cable gland.
