Cost-efficient single beam mapping echo sounder
EA440 is a high performance hydrographic wide band single beam echo sounder. The EA440 echo sounder is developed for hydrographic use in shallow to medium depth waters. First and foremost, EA440 provides precise and reliable depth measurements. But it also has highly versatile functionality, such as for sidescan and sub-bottom surveys in shallow waters. EA440 supports transducers with frequencies from 30 to 500 kHz, which makes EA440 ideal for shallow to medium water depths. Transducers with frequencies down to 10 kHz can be used, but range limited to max 300 meters.

The EA440 software is a user friendly and intuitive program that can be run on Windows 11 computers, laptop PC or tablets.
