LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the theory and operational aspects of launching and recovering the HUGIN AUV.
  • Identify and manage safety procedures during launch and recovery.
  • Operate the launch and recovery system (LARS).
  • Recognize and respond to operational issues during deployment and retrieval.

 

TARGET GROUP

Operators and crew responsible for the deployment and recovery of the HUGIN AUV system.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Familiarity with the HUGIN system is recommended.
