Approval and publication of prospectus in connection with separate listing on Euronext Oslo Børs

In connection with the listing of Kongsberg Maritime ASA on Euronext Oslo Børs, Kongsberg Maritime ASA has prepared a prospectus which has now been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
The first day of trading for Kongsberg Maritime ASA's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs is expected to be 23 April 2026. The share will trade under ticker "KMAR".
