Training Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile professional to join our training department in a multifaceted role that includes operations management, digital content creation, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and training sales. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and sales acumen to contribute to the success and growth of our training programs.

 

Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation

-  Design and develop engaging digital content for various training programs, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and other multimedia materials.

-  Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

-  Utilize graphic design tools and multimedia software to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of training materials.

 

Learning Management System (LMS) Management

-  Administer and manage the Learning Management System, including user account management, course creation, and system maintenance.

-  Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS.

-  Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of the LMS, making recommendations for improvements.

 

Training Sales

-  Actively engage in selling training programs to potential clients and organizations.

-  Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their training needs and propose tailored solutions using CRM tools.

-  Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, proposals, and promotional materials.

-  Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the training department

 

Operations Management:

-  Develop and implement efficient operational processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the training department.

-  Coordinate logistics for training programs, including venue selection, equipment setup, and materials distribution.

-  Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve overall departmental efficiency.

 

Training Program Support

-  Provide logistical support for training programs, including participant registration, communication, and materials preparation.

-  Assist in the coordination of training schedules and calendars.

-  Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.

 

Collaboration and Communication

-  Work closely with internal stakeholders, including trainers, subject matter experts, and department heads, to gather information and ensure training content meets organizational needs.

-  Communicate effectively with team members, participants, and clients to provide timely and accurate information.

 

Quality assurance

-  Understand the important and follow screening and security protocols

-  Assess and monitor policies sand procedures to balance customer and company requirements

-  Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between departments and sister offices

 

Qualifications

-  Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in logistics, operations management, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

-  Proven experience in operations management, digital content creation, LMS administration, and training sales.

-  Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and multimedia software.

-  Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and online training platforms.

-  Strong organizational, communication, project management, and sales skills.

 

Preferred Skills

-  Experience with video editing and e-learning authoring tools.

-  Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital content creation, instructional design, and training sales.

-  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

-  Previous experience in a training or educational setting is a plus.
