With reference to the disclosure from 30 October 2025 related to the proposed listing of Kongsberg Maritime and consolidation of Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace and Kongsberg Discovery into a new technology and defence-focused KONGSBERG, Martin Wien Fjell has accepted the future position as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of KONGSBERG.
Fjell has broad experience from both operational management and financial positions in KONGSBERG as well as Umoe, Fondsfinans and Morgan Stanley. Fjell has been a member of KONGSBERG’s executive management for the past three years through his existing role as President of Kongsberg Discovery. Fjell will enter his new role at the time of the completion of the demerger of Kongsberg Maritime and follows Mette Toft Bjørgen, who assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer in Kongsberg Maritime at the same time.
Camilla Kiss will assume her new position with immediate effect and will work closely with Martin Wien Fjell to ensure continuity in ongoing processes. She will serve in this role until further notice.
Experienced leadership for the next phase
The future new CEO of KONGSBERG, Eirik Lie, appreciates that the new leader of Kongsberg Discovery has solid experience from various positions in different parts of KONGSBERG.

Exciting developments ahead
Camilla Kiss joined KONGSBERG in 2018 and has held several roles within finance and tax. She has served as Executive Vice President for Finance in Kongsberg Discovery since 2023 and knows the organisation, strategy and products well.
“I am eager to begin in my new position. KONGSBERG is well positioned to build on the major global trends of sustainability and security, and navigate an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape. I have a strong team around me and look forward to entering the next phase for Kongsberg Discovery,” she says.
