Services Sales Engineer

In this role, you will play a part in our Services team, delivering remote and data-driven, subscription-based services.

What you will be doing

  • Make quotations and follow-up on remote systems to key customers
  • Participate from a sales perspective in development of new digital data-driven services
  • Facilitate internal and external customer meetings to sell and promote developed functionality
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform market analysis and pinpoint customers for increased sales through internal tools
  • Quote and deliver hardware and service projects

We think you should have

  • Educated as Bachelor or equivalent experience
  • Experience with building customer relationships
  • Knowledge of maritime customers and segments
  • Knowledge of maritime automation and control products with remote integrations
  • System experience with Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English written and oral

Our 3000 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.
