M3 Sonar PHS Training Module 7 - Data Processing - Qimera - FMGT

This module provides an introduction to post-processing multibeam sonar data using Qimera and FMGT.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the basic workflow for importing survey data, reviewing navigation and sonar information, applying essential corrections, and generating preliminary bathymetric and backscatter products.

The course focuses on familiarising users with the software environment, key tools, and standard processing steps, without going into advanced analysis or interpretation. It is intended to give learners the minimum foundation needed to understand how survey data is processed and prepared for further use or reporting.
