Services Delivery Coordinator
Kongsberg Discovery AS, Customer Services, Uncrewed platforms is responsible for technical advisory, support, and training for our Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) systems. Our goal is to provide support and services to fulfill our customers needs in the best possible way.
The Services Delivery Coordinator is a central operational role in the service organization, responsible for keeping service execution flowing smoothly from customer inquiry through planning, field execution coordination, documentation close-out, and invoicing readiness. The role acts as the key link between customers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders, ensuring work is properly planned, tracked, and closed in the company’s systems—primarily CRM.
We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to play a central role in our service organization. You will be the key link between customers, field technicians and internal departments, ensuring efficient service delivery from inquiry to completion.
Key accountabilities
- Screen and qualify incoming service requests; prepare and send quotations
- Coordinate service delivery and field activities, including scheduling and follow-up
- Ensure service appointments have clear scope descriptions to enable correct resource allocation and follow-up.
- Coordinate schedules and personnel availability with colleagues to optimize utilization.
- Coordinate operational field activities, including commissioning-related coordination where relevant.
- Maintain accurate CRM records: cases, work orders, service appointments, resource bookings and service reports
- Support invoicing readiness through correct documentation and close-out
- Ensure materials/spares readiness and coordinate export licenses when required
Qualifications and experience
- Experience from service coordination, customer support, logistics or service operations (technical/industrial environment is a plus)
- Strong system understanding and confidence working in CRM-based workflows
- Structured, proactive, calm under pressure, and a clear communicator Experience with Case/Work Order/Service Appointment workflows and closure discipline.
- Familiarity with ProArc and a strong focus on data quality.
- Exposure to export compliance coordination.
