Coordinator

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Coordinator for our control systems. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic development environment where we design and deliver world‑class hardware solutions for our marine control systems. You will act as the coordinating hub between development teams and project management, ensuring progress, structure and predictability throughout the design phases.

In this role, you are responsible for planning, structuring and following up development activities, and you will play a key part in creating efficient workflows, clear priorities and reliable timelines. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, communicative, and confident in handling multiple stakeholders in parallel. Experience from planning and coordination within technical development environments is a strong advantage, but most importantly we are looking for someone with the right drive, mindset, and willingness to learn.

As a Coordinator we wish you to have an open mind and a genuine interest in supporting development teams with clear frameworks, structure and relevant information. You will work closely with experienced colleagues across different technical disciplines. A background or interest in hardware design, electronics, mechanics or similar fields is beneficial, as you will need to understand the design flow at an overview level. However, our priority is finding the right person with strong organizational and communication skills.

What we think you should have

To succeed in this role and make this a perfect fit, we believe that you have experience from planning, coordination or project administration, along with an understanding of product development processes, preferably within hardware design. You can structure, analyze and prioritize complex information, and you are used to working with digital planning or collaboration tools. Strong communication skills in English are required, while Swedish is considered an advantage.

We value your ability to take initiative, bring structure to complex situations and keep activities progressing. You work well with others and help create clarity and alignment through your overview and communication. You express yourself in a clear and structured manner, and if you have experience with tools such as Wrike or with agile ways of working in development environments, this is considered an advantage.
