New S-4L waterjet launched with Gotland Horizon X high-speed ferry contract

Kongsberg Maritime has announced the launch of its new Kamewa S-4L waterjet series with a major contract to supply propulsion systems for Gotlandsbolaget’s next-generation high-speed ferry, Horizon X. The multi-fuel vessel, currently under construction at Austal, is hydrogen-ready and represents a significant step toward sustainable high-speed ferry operations.

Kongsberg Digital, a leading provider of industrial software and digital twin technology, has entered into a partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate the delivery of scalable, AI-powered industrial intelligence for global energy and industrial customers.

Kongsberg Maritime - a global technology partner

As previously announced, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) will demerge Kongsberg Maritime as a separate publicly listed company. The decision was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting in KONGSBERG on 22 January 2026, and Kongsberg Maritime is planned to be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs in April 2026.

Kongsberg Maritime contracted for Transpetro’s new tanker fleet

Kongsberg Maritime has been contracted by Consórcio Marenova to design and equip four methanol/ethanol-ready handy size product tankers. The vessels will be built at Consórcio Marenova, a partnership between Ecovix in Rio Grande and MacLaren in Niterói, Brazil. The vessels will be operated by Petrobras Transporte S.A (Transpetro).

Finansielle resultater Q4 2025: Konkluderer et år med solide resultater og god vekst

KONGSBERG (OSE: KOG) har en sterk vekst og solid lønnsomhet i fjerde kvartal. Alle forretningsområdene rapporterte tosifret vekst både i kvartalet og for hele 2025. Konsernet avsluttet året med en rekordhøy ordrereserve. Styret foreslår for generalforsamlingen et totalt utbytte for regnskapsåret 2025 på NOK 5,01 mrd. tilsvarende NOK 5,70/aksje, hvorav NOK 3,50/aksje er utover selskapets ordinære utbyttepolitikk.
