Services and Support Associate - Temporary position

Kongsberg Maritime Training provides courses and E-Learning on our products to both external customers and Kongsberg Maritime employees worldwide. Are you passionate about coordinating and facilitating training and services? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Course Coordinator to join our team. Your main task will be to coordinate and facilitate training and services for both internal and external customers.

Due to vacation periods, candidates will be evaluated continuously, and the deadline might be shortened or extended. Don’t hesitate, apply today!

Note: This role is offered  on a temporary basis for a duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process requests from internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate and plan training activities.
  • Configure, utilize, and support the Learning Management System.
  • Manage visa invitation letters and official course-related documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for participants throughout the training process.
  • Manage invoicing.

Additional responsibilities include preparing classrooms, supporting instructors, and providing any other training-related assistance needed to ensure smooth operations.
 

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptable and capable of assisting with urgent situations within the department.
  • Excellent customer service, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear, precise, and structured communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English.
  • Cooperative, with a willingness to share knowledge, experience, and information.

 

You should also have some experience with various digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies, ensuring seamless support for training activities.
