Senior Manager DevSecOps
An incredible opportunity awaits you as Senior Manager DevSecOps in the Technology Platforms business unit of Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will play a key role in our dynamic Enterprise Engineering team, delivering essential DevSecOps services shaping the future of the maritime industry.
Technology Platforms deliver standardized, scalable, and future-oriented solutions that enable efficient product development, innovation, and value creation across Kongsberg Maritime. The platforms provide shared structure, governance, and expertise, facilitating seamless integration, security, and faster time-to-market for new products and services.
As a Senior Manager DevSecOps, you will define and drive industry-leading DevSecOps practices. You will collaborate closely with IT and software engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact DevSecOps services that enable secure, efficient software delivery at scale. You will drive the onboarding of development teams to modern DevSecOps practices and ensure measurable value creation across the organization.
What you will be doing
• People management - Lead a multi-site and highly competent DevSecOps team.
• DevSecOps ecosystem ownership – Manage the lifecycle of the DevSecOps ecosystem.
• Develop roadmap and plans for implementation and support.
• Collaborate with IT – Establish a shared governance with the IT organisation.
• Enable adoption at scale - Facilitate adoption across development teams in platforms and products.
We think you should have
• Demonstrated successful implementation of DevOps/DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with leading a DevOps/DevSecOps function at scale.
• Proven technical knowledge (Azure, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure solutions is preferable.
• Service mindset
• Good interpersonal skills as well as collaboration and communication skills.
