Cyber Security Engineer

Now we are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our great team.

Job responsibilities: 

  • Perform security review of technical documents, architecture and code
  • Develop security-related internal tooling and instruments
  • Develop security controls for new and ongoing projects
  • Perform system hardening procedures for new and ongoing projects
  • Utilize known security frameworks for compliance work on projects
  • Take participation in meeting and project discussions with the aim to contribute in security design
  • Perform internal trainings and knowledge sharing sessions on cybersecurity
  • Work on software development tasks for non-security projects or projects with security-related software
  • Participate in penetration tests and security engagements during the lifecycle of projects (if such engagements or penetration tests are required)

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of related experience in cyber/information security 
  • Knowledge of Windows or Unix, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, and web content filtering
  • Knowledge of web, network, or IoT security and attacks
  • Experience with scripting languages including bash and/or PowerShell
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Python, C, C++, C#)
  • Experience with a proxy tool (Burp Suite, OWASP Zap, etc.)
  • Knowledge in penetration testing methodologies and workflow
  • Knowledge of OWASP guidelines
  • Knowledge of threat modelling
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
