The Simrad SR70 Gear Monitoring Receiver is used in gear monitoring systems to receive information from the wireless sensors and send it to the computer. The SR70 Receiver Unit comprises a rugged box providing all necessary receiver electronics. You can connect a maximum of four hydrophones.

Ethernet communication and supported sensors

The communication between the Simrad SR70 and the computer is made using a high-speed Ethernet line. The  receiver supports these gear-monitoring sensors:

  • PX Universal
  • PX MultiCatch
  • PX Flow
  • PX TrawlEye
  • PX miniCatch
