Kongsberg Digital’s Kognitwin™ Grid will digitally recreate the grid by combining data sources from multiple sources, give it context and run simulations. The purpose is to reflect the status of the grid, predict future grid state and “play out” different scenarios without doing anything with the real physical asset.

You already have some domain knowledge from the power and utilities industry, preferably grid, and some relevant working experience from either a grid company or from working as a consultant in the energy sector. As a Product Manager, you will be our foremost product expert and ambassador, owning the product roadmap and helping with creating a product vision and strategy based on customer feedback, competitors and market trends. This role will play an important part in being a “bridge” between our tech team and our customers, ensuring that our product creates maximum value. You will manage creative process from ideation and promote ideas that push the product strategy, and follow up teams and backlog from planning to release.
Customer Success Manager
We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Customer Success Manager, who thrives in an innovate environment. As a part of our team you will be responsible for driving adoption of the Kognitwin™ Grid services and ensure customer satisfaction and return on investment (ROI). You will be an integral part of an expanding global growth team, ensuring that our customers and project partners receive product assistance and training, and drive user and feature adaptation.
We are looking for an independent, structured and goal focused individual to join our sales growth team. You like working in a fast-paced environment, where you will have to think on your feet, build relationships and push your multitasking skills. You will be an integral part of an expanding global Growth team, covering all aspects from pre-sales to close and handover to Customer Success. You will be a vital part of building a strong sales pipeline and a key contributor when it comes to establishing distribution/sales partnerships, as well as building relationships to key customers.
We are looking for a Solution Architect for development and onboarding of new customer solutions on our Kognitwin™ Grid. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the business and technology used by customers and partners while working with highly competent teams to transform your insights into projects and innovative platform solutions. You will have a central role in maturing these new solutions with partners and customers, including cloud components, information models, advanced analytics and applications for the open ecosystem.
