- For AC charging matching AC can be used to avoid transformer for static Converter
- Static Converter from charging is reused for hotel load
Eliminating power converters:
- Combining Static Converter for charging, Energy Storage and hotel load will reduce cost.
- Charging with same voltage as onboard AC can eliminate transformers
- Removing DC-DC converters for energy storage will reduce cost and increase efficiency
