K-Fleet Maintenance includes a planned maintenance system, which enables short- and long-term planning with calendar and hour counter intervals. It also includes features for managing class surveys, control of class jobs, and certificates, E0-class survey items, electrical megger testing reports, dry-docking specifications, and position-based and traceable circulating components. 

Integrate powerful reporting capabilities

K-Fleet Maintenance also integrates with K-Fleet Purchase, which provides powerful reporting capabilities, including the ability to export data to different formats. This makes it easy to generate custom reports on maintenance issues, and to view statistics on overdue jobs, critical equipment, and work. The system includes features for postponed reason tracking and condition code reporting, which provide the ability to find root causes and improvement analysis. 

Gather insights through graphical timelines 

In addition, K-Fleet Maintenance provides a graphical timeline view of previous, current, and future maintenance plans, which can be split per department, responsible person, or job type. The system provides a visible presentation of overdue jobs and allows maintenance jobs to be assigned with subtask functions (checkpoints), which makes it easier to track the progress of each job.
