Viktige ansvarsområder

• Elektromekanisk montering, lodding, liming og inspeksjon.
• Planlegge og fullføre tildelte oppgaver.
• Bidra i bedriftens HMS-arbeid og støtte teamet du blir en del av.
  
  

Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring

• Erfaring fra produksjon, montering, testing, reparasjon, service eller lignende.
• Erfaring i arbeid som krever presisjon er en fordel.
• Fagbrev innen elektronisk produksjon eller som gullsmed, urmaker eller lignende er en fordel, og et krav i stillingen som Skilled Manufacturing Operator.
• Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter i norsk og engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig.
• Evne til å fokusere på arbeidsoppgaver og serieprodusere, men også være åpen for ny opplæring på andre produkter.

Join us in shaping the future together. As a Manufacturing Operator in our TDM Assembly & Test department in Horten, you will be involved in producing and testing high-quality products for Kongsberg Discovery.

Key accountabilities

• Electromechanical assembly, soldering, bonding, and inspection of sonars.
• Planning and completing assigned tasks.
• Contributing to the company's health, safety, and environmental efforts and supporting your team.
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in production, assembly, testing, repair, service, or similar fields.
• Experience in precision work is advantageous.
• Vocational certificate in electronic production, goldsmithing, watchmaking, or similar fields is beneficial, and a must have as a Skilled Manufacturing Operator.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
• Ability to focus on tasks and perform repetitive work while being open to new training on other products.
  
  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
