Guidelines for social media 

We use social media to keep you updated about us, our activities, products/systems, and for recruitment purposes. If you choose to follow our social profiles, your personal data can be visible to people browsing your personal social profiles.

Depending on your own privacy settings, when you interact with our social profiles or content posted by us, we may receive personal data about you. This information might be about you, such as your (user) name, profile photo, hometown, email address, phone number, gender and interests. Examples of interactions with us include liking, commenting on, or sharing our posts, creating visitor posts, or sending us a personal message.

We do not moderate comments/posts from our followers or the public before they are posted. However, we require that everything published on our profile pages, including feedback from our followers or the public, follows our guidelines for social media. We will, without further notice, delete comments, posts or feedback of any kind that does not follow our guidelines.

We sometimes use ads for marketing and recruitment purposes on social media. Our followers can be used as targeted audiences in these activities.  

It is important for us that everyone visiting our profiles feel welcomed and respected. Therefore, we encourage everyone to respect the following:

  • Do not use abusive language.
  • We do not accept comments or posts that threaten or in any other way disrespect others.
  • We do not tolerate usage of images, videos or other audio-visual material that is indecent or disrespectful to others. You must always have consent from people that may be recognized in the material. Images and videos of minors are not allowed without parental consent.
  • We are interested in topics related to our industries. Spam, including promotion of other profiles or brands, is not tolerated, and will be deleted.
  • Comments, posts, or other content that does not respect these terms and conditions will be removed by us without further notice. Serious violations will be reported to the platform’s service center.
