K-Pro Automatic or manually initiated safety reports

The SSM includes the following report facilities:

Continues reports

• Testing and verification of functionality is extremely time-consuming. Utilising self-verifying systems and automatic report functions, the system will periodically produce Safety Management “health” report. Status report may be filed periodically or on request.
• The shift report typically includes cause of events and status important to the operator taking over. The report is available on paper: A standard A4 page with events from the last 12 hours. Only necessary information is listed here

Incident reports

• Reports generated as a result of decision support; results from a procedure execution. The incident for running a procedure may be many.
