Safety Overview

Provides a status overview with count and details on module modes, RCU degrations, faults/IO faults on configured modules divided into input/output side and sorted within configured safety system.

Safety Overview is based on identifying the alarms per AIM safety module type (as configured) that is in a fault alarm state, and categorize them as output or input fault. Possible to include as tab in shift report showing the Active Safety Overview section with status at the end of the shift. The application is divided into two sections, which will be described further in the following.

Active Safety Overview

Consists of a status overview and a detail list for the current time.

The status overview shows each safety system with count of:

  • Input module fault observations – Faults on modules defined as input modules in configuration
  • Output module fault observations – Faults on modules defined as output modules in configuration
  • RCU degrations – Number of RCU degraded.
  • Module inhibits – Number of modules with module modes activated.

The detail list shows all alarms/events on the input/output modules counted in the status overview. If logged in with sufficient user rights, the user can add comments to each event.

Possible to export to pdf and Excel.

Safety Statistics

Based on a chosen time interval, this section shows the percentage of time with no faults, degradation and inhibits.

In addition, it will show one trend for each of the safety systems to indicate the number of failures in each category.

Possible to export to pdf.
