Pamela Willgohs

Pamela Willgohs is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, a business area within Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG).

Since joining KONGSBERG in 2003, Willgohs has worked in a variety of roles across the organization. After an initial start in the simulation and training business, she has worked in business development within C4ISR, air defence, remote weapon stations and as the lead of the Medium Caliber Turret Division. In her current position, Willgohs is leading a team that is focused upon industrial cooperation, strategic partners and strategic initiatives across the divisions within Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace.

Willgohs began her career as a Human Factors Engineer with the Hughes Aircraft Company, and later working as a program manager in International Programs for Motorola Government Systems. In addition to her extensive experience in international business development, Willgohs has years of experience in working directly with military leadership, soldiers as well as defense acquisition organizations worldwide.

Willgohs was born and raised in Minnesota, USA. In 1990, she graduated with honors from Hamline University, USA, with a BA in Psychology with a focus on Human Factors Engineering.
