System Delivery Lead

As a System Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful integration and delivery of complex energy systems to our global customers. This role sits at the heart of our projects, ensuring that subsystems such as AC/DC switchgear (HV/LV), drives, control systems, energy storage, and third-party equipment are seamlessly integrated to meet demanding performance and safety requirements.
You will work closely with product delivery leads, manage critical technical interfaces, and guide the overall system design — from early concept through commissioning and handover to operation. Acting as the central point of contact for system-level matters, you will ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, with quality, and in alignment with customer expectations.
Key accountabilities
- Coordinate the overall system architecture including AC/DC switchgear HV/LV, drives, control systems, energy storage, transformers, UPS, generators, motors, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration and performance of all subsystems at system level
- Manage technical interfaces between internal product teams and external suppliers
- Drive the system design process from concept, through engineering and testing, to commissioning and handover
- Act as the central point of contact for system-level issues, internally and externally
- Support project managers with system-level risk assessment and mitigation activities
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
- Solid experience with system integration and delivery of complex technical projects (preferably in maritime or energy industries)
- Knowledge of AC/DC switchgear HV/LV, drives, control systems, energy storage solutions, and electrical equipment that needs to be included in a system delivery
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently while building strong collaboration across functions
