Viju and Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies enter a strategic cooperation agreement

Viju and Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies join forces to strengthen their capabilities within Integrated Operations and collaborative environment solutions for the international Oil & Gas Industry.

Viju, as a leading provider of visual communication and collaboration environments within several industry segments, will through the agreement strengthen their capabilities and international footprint within the Oil & Gas Industry.

Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies (KOGT), a leading supplier of Integrated Operations technology for the upstream oil and gas market, will continue their focus on the total value chain of Integrated Operations – from IO strategy to delivery of Software and distinct technologies. The strategic partnership with Viju will strengthen KOGT’s capabilities for developing and delivering the collaborative environments in their integrated projects. 

The agreement will cover a long term strategic cooperation agreement, including Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies becoming a shareholder in Viju.  Further, Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies will as part of the agreement transfer the business unit “Integrated Collaborative Environment” (ICE) to Viju.
