Simrad PI SeineSounder Numerical readout

On the PI operator unit you must use two channels to receive the information from the PI SeineSounder.

The depth and height values are shown in the numeric display. If the height or depth is increasing or decreasing, this is shown with two arrows and the variation in meters per minute. You can also see the depth and height changes as a function of time in a graphical presentation.

A: Sensor colour code, identifier and name
B: Current height
This is the height from the seabed and up to the position on the gear in which the sensor is mounted. The two triangles indicate the current vertical movement of the sensor; up or down.

C: Height changes
This digit shows height changes recorded by the sensor, and thus the ascending or descending speed of the net.

D: History field
The field offers a graphical presentation of the sensor information for the last 20 minutes.

E: Pulse lamp and Trend view icons
The green pulse lamp icon flashes every time a signal is received from the corresponding sensor. The Trend view icon opens (and closes) the Trend view for the corresponding sensor.

F: Current depth
G: Depth changes
H: History field
