Jalal Gseir comes from the position of Chief Financial Officer for Yara Africa, a position he has held since 2017. In his former role, Jalal led the strategy and business development of Yara Africa and was key in its business transformation. Prior to joining Yara corporate finance in 2015, Jalal held the position of Director in pwc where he worked as a consultant for eight years.

Jalal has a Master of Science in Management with a Major in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon business school, and was part of the MBA exchange program at Monash University. He also has a double Bachelor’s degree in French Business Law and Common Law from UCP in Paris.
